Globalization has accelerated wih aggressive M&A strategies, and distributed regional leadership, especially after the 2008, financial crisis. The most difficult challenge we face now is a “lack of global talents” with global competency. The War for Talent forced many companies to develop their leaders in-house and we now hear voices from our customers that their investment of developing future leaders does not come back to them as business improves. Then, what really is the core that has been missed for talent development?

The Maasai Tribe, which has existed for 15,000 years are also facing dramatic changes. Emmanuel Mankura, Maasai leader, is Thriving in Change to keep the Maasai culture and community alive and well. To achieve “a sustainable future that protects the aspects of our culture that we value most and that make us the Maasai.”

IWNC are inviting Emmanuel Mankura, Maasai Community Leader and corporate leaders who are transforming their organizations to share how they had transformed their business with the sprit of IWNC which allows companies to experiment with a way to cut through business jargon and tap into the wisdom, passion & purpose within teams.

Emmanuel’s unique and innovative leadership philosophy is relevant to our challenges in business today. Emmanuel gives insights and awareness into how we could thrive through change. The Seminar will allow you to obtain a deeper understanding of his wisdom and experience, and most importantly, how it can be applied to your own business. Please do not miss this unique opportunity to meet and discuss ideas with Emmanuel.
